
Accenture (NYSE: ACN) will acquire Objectivity, a cloud and platform development services-focused digital engineering firm. Accenture’s Cloud First capabilities will be augmented with Objectivity’s expertise in platform architecture, cloud-native computing, and application modernization to help clients accelerate their digital transformation journey. The terms of this transaction’s finances were not disclosed.
Objectivity’s headquarters are located in Coventry, United Kingdom, and the company has operations in Poland, Germany, and Mauritius. The company’s experienced staff will be integrated into Accenture, increasing the company’s scope and resources.
Accenture’s European platform engineering capabilities would profit from the scope and depth of Objectivity’s engineering assets and talent, enabling clients to redefine their businesses and industries with the agility they require.

Once the acquisition is finalized, the “values-driven culture and delivery experience” of Objectivity would enable Accenture's clients to pivot and introduce new products rapidly and efficiently.
