BT Now Offers Five9’s Intelligent CX Platform as a Managed Service

Telecom services provider BT has partnered with Five9 to offer its customers the Five9 Intelligent CX Platform as a managed service. This partnership will enable BT customers to fully digitize their workplace by integrating their existing voice, digital channels, unified communications, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems with the cloud-native Five9 Intelligent CX Platform.

BT’s Global Managed Voice platform will be combined with the Five9 Intelligent CX Platform to provide customers with an end-to-end managed service, cloud migration expertise, and access to BT’s extensive experience and capabilities in managing complex technology environments.

Customers will have access to a range of Five9 solutions, including digital engagement channels, analytics, workflow automation and optimization, and practical artificial intelligence, to empower agents working in their contact centers.

In addition, Five9’s artificial intelligence and automation solutions, such as the Five9 Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA), will be made available to BT customers. These solutions are already integrated into the platform and can automate operations, handle regular calls, and provide agents with caller information to boost productivity.

Expanded Partnership

The extended relationship builds on an existing partnership between BT and Five9. In November 2021, Five9 announced that BT would be its strategic carrier for voice and network services worldwide. As a result, Five9 is now able to enter into new areas and provide customers with increased call quality.

According to Andrew Small, Managing Director, Worldwide Portfolio, Business, BT, “Our Five9 partnership offers BT customers a secure and future-proof route to migrate their contact center into the cloud. Customers will be able to manage the transition more easily and benefit from using a managed CCaaS solution thanks to the combined experience of BT and Five9.”
