Cloud commerce marketplace Pax8 has announced the appointment of Caroline Goles as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), a newly created C-suite position tailored to the evolving needs of the business.
In her new role, Goles will take charge of Pax8's global marketing vision and strategy, including the Channel event strategy, education, and enablement.
Caroline Goles joined Pax8 in January 2022 as the CVP of Sales Strategy and has showcased her expertise in sales and marketing, as well as her creative influence and advocacy for innovation. Her exceptional leadership has guided the sales teams through a new partner value framework, contributing to the company's success. Nick Heddy, Chief Commerce Officer, will remain Goles' reporting authority in her new position.

Caroline Goles brings over 15 years of channel, sales, and marketing experience in the tech industry to her new role at Pax8. Her diverse career includes notable positions at Adobe and a 13-year tenure at Microsoft. During her time as CVP of Sales for Pax8, Goles successfully implemented innovative sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth, focusing on scale and digital automation.
In her role as CMO, Goles expressed her enthusiasm for working with Pax8's talented leaders across the channel and marketing to support the company's partners. She highlighted the importance of listening and innovating to help partners thrive in potentially challenging economic circumstances. Goles aims to build on the organization's existing accomplishments and develop new approaches to drive growth for partners through education, support, and sales and marketing services.
