Cloudways, a managed cloud hosting platform provider that hosts over 50,000 servers globally, has announced the debut of a new collaboration with Cloudflare. Cloudways users would benefit from enterprise-level performance and security as a result of the integration. Clients may utilize this new add-on inside the Cloudways cloud hosting platform in a few clicks without an existing Cloudflare account.
Cloudflare’s CDN security technology would mitigate DDoS attacks in under three seconds while monitoring millions of sites (32 million requests per second) to intelligently detect and stop attackers using a web application firewall, thanks to a global network of 250 cities in over 100 countries (WAF). Cloudflare’s content delivery network (CDN) uses a reserved-for-enterprises network to serve cached content with the highest performance.
Cloudways will be able to offer web professionals and SMBs the option of upgrading to a plan that includes access to Cloudflare’s speed and security capabilities, which are only available to Cloudways clients. Through Cloudways, clients are able to purchase Cloudflare services per website while they’re also able to get volume discounts that will lower the price.
“After a thorough evaluation of all the available solutions, Cloudflare was the obvious choice for us,” said Aaqib Gadit, Co-Founder and CEO of Cloudways. “We’re always looking for innovative ways to provide more capabilities to our already powerful platform. Partnering with the leading edge development platform in the world will enable us to serve a broader audience of web professionals and SMBs.”
Cloud Server Performance
Cloudways’ managed cloud hosting platform allows users to host WordPress and WooCommerce websites on Google Cloud, AWS, DigitalOcean, Vultr, and Linode, among other cloud hosting providers. The bootstrap-funded platform has a web app administration functionality that would make it simple to set up cloud servers for WordPress, Magento, and PHP deployment.Headquartered in San Francisco, CA, Cloudflare has offices in Austin, TX, Champaign, IL, New York, NY, San Jose, CA, Seattle, WA, Washington, D.C., Toronto, Lisbon, London, Munich, Paris, Beijing, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo.
All web traffic for Cloudflare-powered websites is routed through the CDN provider’s sophisticated global network, which grows smarter with each request. As a consequence, users may expect a considerable increase in performance as well as a reduction in spam and other cyberthreats.
