Global cloud, dedicated server, colocation, and data center services provider, Colohouse, has appointed Aaron Pullin to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Pullin brings with him a depth of financial experience and knowledge as well as a track record of successfully negotiating exits to strategic purchasers, attracting large investment, and generating notable increase in sales and profitability.
Aaron Pullin was most recently CFO of Internet Service Provider (ISP) Honest Networks, located in New York. Prior to being acquired by IBM earlier this year, NS1, a software-driven Internet traffic management startup, employed him as CFO. His guidance has been instrumental in helping firms get capital exceeding $100 million. In both emerging and large-cap settings, he has an impressive track record of establishing efficient financial procedures and creating high-performing teams from the bottom up, according to Colohouse.
“I’m excited to be joining Colohouse at this critical juncture in its development,” said Aaron Pullin. “Jeremy Pease and the whole leadership team’s lively enthusiasm and customer-focused vision, together with Colohouse’s inventive solutions, absolutely connect with me. I’ve witnessed firsthand the success this combination can achieve, and I’m eager to leverage my experience to drive not only our financial objectives but also to foster deeper engagement with our clients and partners.”
Bolstering the Leadership Team
Colohouse CEO Jeremy Pease reorganized the executive team and hired prominent figures from the business, including Aaron Pullin and Ross Woodham, who was just named Chief Legal Officer of Colohouse, when he assumed leadership in October 2022. Chief Revenue Officer Kyle Verzello, Chief Technology Officer Scott Furhiman, and Senior Vice President of Hosting Services Joseph Schoonbeck make up the executive group.
“Colohouse is excited to welcome Aaron Pullin to the team and looks forward to his leadership in driving financial excellence and strategic growth within the company,” said Jeremy Pease, CEO of Colohouse. “Colohouse’s position as a market leader and its exciting growth prospects are what made Aaron decide to join the company. His proven track record of expanding businesses will help our strategic initiatives, which include driving organic growth and making selective acquisitions, at scale. Thanks to Aaron’s vast experience and capable leadership, Colohouse will be able to take advantage of new prospects and keep providing excellent customer service.”
