Enveil, a provider of Privacy Enhancing Technology (PET) committed to safeguarding data in use, has been chosen to join the prestigious AWS European Defence Accelerator. This would signify the beginning of a partnership that promises to revolutionize secure data usage within the European defense infrastructure.
The AWS European Defense Accelerator is an intensive four-week program that aims to promote and nurture innovative solutions with the potential to transform the defense and national security sectors. The program seeks cutting-edge solutions for enhancing energy resilience, fortifying information sharing, improving sensing and decision making, and strengthening quantum and cyber resilience across land, air, maritime, space, and cyber domains.
Ellison Anne Williams, Founder and CEO at Enveil, expressed pride at their selection, stating, “This program will enable us to efficiently and effectively leverage AWS Cloud solutions to meet mission-critical needs across the European defense infrastructure. Data Search, Sharing, and Analysis at Scale
Beginning in September 2023, this joint initiative with Plexal, a UK Government-supported technology innovation firm, will offer the participating startups a host of benefits. These include AWS computing credits, specialized training, mentorship from defense and national security domain experts, business development and investment guidance, and go-to-market advice. To expedite their go-to-market strategy, participants will also have the opportunity to connect with AWS defense customers, industry leaders, and AWS Partner Network (APN) members seeking defense solutions.
Cameron Brooks, AWS Director (Europe), congratulated Enveil and all participants in the AWS European Defense Accelerator, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between the tech sector, defense ministries, and multilateral organizations.
