Customized Kubernetes platforms can deliver distinct benefits to businesses and end-users, often surpassing the advantages of standardized solutions. Mirantis’ contest aims to spotlight the influence and uniqueness of bespoke, fine-tuned, or specialized Kubernetes platforms across various use cases. It emphasizes originality, extraordinary execution, and contributions to the evolution of cloud-native technologies.
Participants have seven days to submit their entries, which should comprise of:
- A one-page brief explaining the application, scope, and standout features of their personalized Kubernetes platform
- Evidence of the results and benefits enjoyed by users relative to a standard or pre-packaged Kubernetes platform
- An architectural diagram that illustrates the design of their platform
- An optional bonus of a short video clip offering a live demonstration of their customized Kubernetes platform
Panel of 3 Kubernetes Specialists

- The effect on users and/or the enterprise
- Its applicability to other similar users and/or businesses
