Prodapt has extensive service delivery knowledge in AWS technologies, capabilities, and best practices as an Advanced Consulting Partner of AWS. This would enable Prodapt to alter the operations and end-user experience of shared clients by using its strong Operations & Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS) skills and established expertise in the Connectedness sector.
To help with network issue diagnosis, forecast, and prevention, Prodapt will jointly make its Network Service Assurance solution for CSPs (NeSA) accessible on AWS. Prodapt intends to assist CSPs in achieving appreciable gains in agility, innovation, scalability, and cost-effectiveness via an agreed-upon pipeline of shared solutions.
