International web hosting provider team.blue from Belgium has acquired yet another company. This time it’s a SaaS supplier that caters to the needs of small businesses by offering app-based digital billing solutions. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Over 200,000 clients from all over the world are currently being serviced by Billdu's app-based digital invoicing solutions for small companies. This deal would help further improve team.blue’s Software as a Service (SaaS) offering while corresponding with web hosting provider’s goal of being the preferred one-stop digital supplier of European small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Billdu’s technology was first developed with the intention of enabling owners of small businesses to easily make and submit invoices using their mobile phones. The company’s founders, Erik Hudák and Frantiek Baranec, together with their staff, located in Slovakia, were responsible for developing the technology. As more time has gone, Billdu has evolved into a set of complex but user-friendly tools, enabling clients to do business online in an effective manner.
